Parking is provided only in our covered mechanical car lifts designed by Harding Steel.
One assigned parking space is provided for studio and one bedroom apartments, and two assigned spaces for two bedroom apartments. Each car is assigned a designated stall in the lifts, and can be retrieved via a garage remote. The parking lift stacks cars 4 levels high, which provides added security. Retrieval times take anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Unfortunately, full size trucks and vans cannot be accommodated in the parking lifts. Street parking is available, but very limited.

Max Weight: 6000 lbs
Max Length: 16'6"
Max Width: 7'2" - 8'0"
Max Height: 6'3" - 6'7"
This property's policy with respect to parking and/or garage use is as follows and is subject to change:
Only one passenger vehicle or motorcycle may be parked in each space. Resident shall only use assigned parking space. Resident may not use any parking space for recreational vehicles, boats, busses, trailers or similar non-passenger vehicles. The parking area may not be used for storage without prior written permission. Resident may not use any parking space to wash or repair vehicles, to change oil in vehicles or for any purpose other than parking. All studio and one bedroom apartments are assigned ONE reserved parking space and all two bedroom apartments are assigned TWO reserved parking spaces in the mechanical auto lift. Resident agrees to provide Landlord with the current license number of all vehicles to be parked on the Premises.
Resident agrees to move the vehicle and cooperate fully with the Landlord so that any repairs or alterations to parking or other areas can be made in as expeditious and efficient a manner as possible.
Resident shall ensure that posted and designated fire zones or No Parking areas remain clear of vehicles at all times. Resident shall refrain from parking in unauthorized areas or in another residents designated parking space. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas or in another residents space may be towed away at the vehicle owners expense. Only currently registered vehicles may be parked on the property. A vehicle that lacks an engine, transmission, wheels, tires, doors, windshield, or any other major part or equipment necessary to operate safely on the highways, is subject to tow under California Vehicle Code 22658. Vehicles parked in violation of local laws/ordinance are subject to tow.
If Resident vehicle does not fit in the garage due to size restrictions, Resident must find parking offsite. There is NO onsite parking available.
